Worth the Pursuit

Whitworth Online. Designed for your life.

Whitworth Online is shaped by a clear conviction: education should be worthy of the lives adults are already living. As part of Whitworth University, our programs are grounded in an education of mind and heart—one that takes formation, ethics, and responsibility seriously. We design learning with care, believing that how education is structured matters just as much as what is taught.

Worth, for us, is not measured by speed or convenience. It is measured by fit, integrity, and whether learning strengthens a person’s capacity to live and lead well.

Accelerated Degree Design

When people hear the word accelerated, they often assume something abbreviated or rushed. At Whitworth Online, accelerated means focused by design.

Our bachelor’s degrees are built on a reduced-credit structure–90 total credits instead of the traditional 120–that reduces the number of electives students need to complete. You’ll concentrate your studies on coursework that supports your professional direction and growth.

For many learners, this design translates into significant time and cost savings. Just as important, it reflects a belief we hold strongly–education should be intentionally designed so it is worthy of the life it supports.

About the Accelerated Format

  • Live Sessions via Zoom: Courses combine asynchronous learning with scheduled live sessions, creating space for real-time conversation between students and faculty.
  • Learning Materials on Demand: Course materials are provided within the course or delivered digitally, ensuring students have access to everything they need without additional effort or out-of-pocket costs.
  • Universal Design for Learning (UDL): Courses are expertly designed for access, flexibility and dignity in the learning environment.
